Service Description. This Site describes Anxiety Counseling, Bioidentical Hormone Therapy, Depression Therapy, Ketamine Therapy, Women's Mental Health provided by Solstice Mind+Body. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Solstice Mind+Body or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Account Closure. Solstice Mind+Body reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Solstice Mind+Body makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Solstice Mind+Body arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Solstice Mind+Body harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by UT law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in UT for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Modifications. Solstice Mind+Body may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
